Prepare To Be Amazed

At the History of Humanity in Granite, we believe preserving collective memory is a noble concept well worth pursuing – even if it takes generations. We are grateful for your interest and support, and look forward to sharing the interesting town of Felicity with you.

From November 1st to April 30, admission can be paid in cash or with a debit or credit card in the gift shop. From May 1 to October 31, admission is paid on the honor system. Should you need assistance upon arrival, please call us: (760) 572-0100.

Admission includes parking and access to all outdoor Museum of History in Granite monuments as well as the Maze of Honor. From November 1st to April 30, admission includes a guided tour and a visit to The Official Center of the World™.

Hours

NOVEMBER 1 TO APRIL 30

Open daily from 10 am to 5 pm MST. Note, we operate by MST not PST/PDT.

MAY 1 TO OCTOBER 31

Open daily from 7 am to 7 pm.

Tours

Thanksgiving - April 30 (Guided)

Museum admission includes a seven-minute informational video, a guided tour, and a certificate for standing at The Official Center of the World™. Have a specific topic of interest you plan to explore while here? Tell us! We would be delighted to help you find a particular monument and answer questions.

May 1 - Thanksgiving (Self-guided)

Those visiting with us in warm weather are invited to enjoy self-directed exploration of the museum. If you need help navigating the museum grounds, let us know! Please note that granite is extremely hot in summer. Touch can cause injury.
